Course Syllabus

Course Description:
This course enthuses the students to discover and appreciate Human Resource Management. A review of its various highlight concepts, structures, and processes not limited to personnel administration, employee welfare, and organizational growth, will be presented in this course.  Most importantly, it hopes to provide students a venue to acquire organizational skills needed for self-improvement and professional development.

At the end of 18 weeks (54) Hours, the students are expected to:
  • Become acquainted with the behavior, structures, and processes related to human resource management;
  • Define vital HR concepts, principles, and Practices attuned to current local and global trends;
  • Immerse themselves fully in their chosen field to become better learners and responsible practitioners;
  • Effect positive change to others by contributing their commitment to personal and social responsibility.
